Project Terms and Conditions

Quotes and Proposals

All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change based on project scope modifications or additional requirements.

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and content availability. Delays caused by client-side issues may extend the delivery date.

Revisions

Each package includes 1-2 rounds of revisions as specified. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at an hourly rate of €50/hour.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.

Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) that are licensed separately. You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for these assets.

Code and Templates

Custom code written for your project belongs to you. However, we may reuse general code snippets, frameworks, and methodologies in future projects.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We provide 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and technical issues. Support does not include new features, design changes, or content updates.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salim Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time. However, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Service Provider Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if we determine that the project is not a good fit or if terms are violated. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverable, we will work with you to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without your consent. We may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
